Qualified intermediate solution is mixed with purified sulfur-containing solution in sealed reaction tanks to complete neutral precipitation reaction, forming hydrated barium sulfate crystal slurry. The whole reaction is carried out in closed equipment to prevent external dust pollution. Afterwards, the crystal slurry goes through four cycles of press filtration and water washing to remove soluble salt ions, residual alkalis and chemical residues.
