2.ProductionProcess

• Ore Mine Sorting: Select high-quality kaolin raw ore with high whiteness and low impurity content, and manually and mechanically remove rock blocks, gravel and other large impurities.Multi-stage Cleaning: Ultrasonic + purified water cleaning to preserve natural mineral components and remove surface attachments

• Multi-stage Crushing and Grinding: Carry out coarse crushing, fine crushing and ultra-fine grinding of the sorted ore, and control the particle size distribution through professional grinding equipment to ensure the fineness uniformity of the finished powder.

• Purification and Impurity Removal: Adopt physical methods such as gravity separation, magnetic separation and flotation to remove iron, titanium, carbon and other harmful impurities, and improve the whiteness and purity of kaolin.Specification Screening: Classify into multi-specification products such as fine powder, medium grains, and coarse crystals according to requirements

• Slurry Treatment and Filtration: Prepare the ground kaolin into a slurry, conduct sedimentation and concentration, and then filter and dehydrate through a filter press to form a filter cake with appropriate moisture content.

• Drying and Milling: Dry the filter cake in a low-temperature drying equipment to control the moisture content within the standard range, and then carry out secondary milling and screening to form finished products of different fineness specifications.

• Sealed Packaging: Adopt PE plastic bags, PP woven bags with inner film or customized packaging, which is moisture-proof, anti-caking and pollution-proof, supporting customized specifications from 5kg to 1 ton.
